We all know that sinking feeling when a case you are working on doesn’t go as you had planned. The pressure from the client and/or ourselves can be overwhelming.

As trainers and behavior consultants, we strive to help humans and their dogs. But even with everyone trying their best, sometimes things just don’t turn out like we hoped.
